Yes! Happy New Year.

I wonder how long I will write 2017 before I start getting it right.

BTW: Which state of our 50 United States of America had a part of it to be first to welcome in the new year?

Charlie I am not educated in geography but I would nearly bet my last $1 that it was a eastern state.
If I had the inclination and $$$$ I could have celebrated NEW YEAR twice, 1st in Sydney (120 mile from me and nearly the furthest East in Aus) then flown to the west coast of the US in time to cellebrate again.
