I had a Harrison heater many years back. Should still have it. Just need to locate the box where it is hiding. As I remember it was the same style but larger than the Chevy.

Found a T fitting that might work. Spears 1401 Series PVC T fitting. 1 1/4 X 1 1/4 X 3/4. How high a temp will PVC withstand?
Enjoy when you can. Endure when you must.

As I remember it was the same style but larger than the Chevy. That is correct. The Harrison hot water heater is the same style as the 1931-32 genuine Chevrolet accessory hot water heater but only taller, and the grille is different as well.

Though not 100% correct I have several elbows that have had the heater connection welded or brazed on.
