I'm looking at a truck and would like to know if it is a 1930 or a 1931. Data plate says it's a "Universal" and I believe that would indicate it's a 1930. Thoughts? Thanks in advance, Jim

Yes Universal would be a 1930. If a 1930 it will have louvers on the hood on the back 1/3 and round instruments in the dash. Will also have wood rimmed steering wheel with four spokes. There are some other noticeable differences compared to a '31.

Based on these 2 photos and what I've learned here I'm thinking 1930. Jim
