From the FAQ & Help button above:
Everyone has a title within the forum. You will notice the title below the Display Name in each post. Some titles are automatically assigned based on the number of posts a user has made, and some titles are assigned by the forum owner to denote official representatives of the company or other VIPs in the forums.
The first few are:
0 Grease Monkey 31 Shade Tree Mechanic 200 Backyard Mechanic 500 Oil Can Mechanic
The remainder of them are on the 7th item in the FAQ & HELP section.
All the Best, Chip

In general, the only way possible for 37/38ers to get out of the "Grease Monkey" catagory is right here on The Chat. Whata club! Charlie BTW: What will one always find upon opening the trunk lid on a 37/38? ...(a cluster of greasy rags.)
