Can some one please advise the position of the fender well cushion for the spare tire side mounts on a 30 sport cope.

The cushions in my 31 went long wise, parallel with the frame.

In the 31 there were two at the top and two at the bottom of each fender well.
You should be able to see the rivet holes. Two for each cushion.

the bottoms of the old fender wells were in pretty bad shape, was able to see one of rivet holes at the top.
Also is there a drain hole?? one of old fender wells appeared to have one
