I'm trying to determine if it is, in fact, original and what the model of the car actually is. Can anyone help?

You're better off posting in the section below for 29 - 32 cars. Also on the firewall in the engine compartment is a data plate. Let us know what it says ( ie. job #, body type, trim # and paint # as well as the number off the engine.
