I'm slowly, some would say very slowly, working my way around all the dents in the fenders of my 39 M85. The left rear is quite bad and I'm going to have to recreate some of the bottom edge. I was going to create a template using the right rear but I'm suspicious that it has taken a small hit in that area and that the curve at the rear end of the wheel opening should be rounder. I've put some pictures up on Google and you can see especially in the shadow that the curve looks a bit flat. Am I right about this or is it an over active imagination? Thanks for any help anyone can give.

The very first picture looks correct.

OK slightly confused by your answer. Does that mean only the first picture looks OK because they are all the same fender. I was trying to get different angles so you could hopefully see what I was seeing which is a flattening of what I think should be a smooth curve.

If you want to see a 39 fender to compare with, see if you can touch base with Brewskihunter on here. He is in Vancouver.

Not sure how to touch base with someone. I tried finding him in member directory but no luck.

I was able to locate him by using the search function under the "Users" tab. It shows that he was last on the forum yesterday. I just typed "Brew" in the search box and hit "Search".

You should be able to private message him.
