Anyone have experience with Water Wetter? Water wetter is suppose to keep your engine running cooler by adding to coolant.
Thanks
Michael

OK, so you have an 160 degree thermostat. The thermostat will still keep the coolant temp. at 160 Deg.

would not spend the money on it. Put some in my 40 master that was running around 180 with a 160 thermostat did nothing to help with the heat still ran at around 180.

Water Wetter is another product that I would never use. Reducing the surface tension of water has some advantages but is not the whole story. In fact your dishwashing detergent will dramatically reduce the surface tension of water. Want to put it in your old Chevy radiator?

Appreciate the advice. The upside to old questions is it introduces old topics to new members and enthusiasts. I usually try searching, but didn't this time. I can only hope others benefitted from revisiting this topic
Thanks
Michael
P.S. I guess i will stick with coolant
