Thanks for all the B-day wishes, guys. I have just now in the last few days got to where it doesn't hurt so much to sit down at the computer. That last trip to the woodshed like to have done me end. (get it?) It was excruciatingly painful, embarrassing and hummilating. Mercy! I'll sure enough try to not tread on certain grounds again. Like sticking my nose in on 32s. Whether in jest or not.You'd think I'd learn. Anyhow, I hope to meet all of you someday. Maybe at the next VCCA anniversary wherever that may be. I don't know. Thanks again, Charlie

Thanks guys. Bowling Green, KY?! (let's all get out our Road Atlases). So much for choosing an east site. Seems to me that right there is closer to being a mid-west site than an east one. Is too! Kentucky huh? I'll start saving some money for a long, long trip. How many motels in BG? Three? four? Maybe I might as well plan on sleeping in a tent. Will I need to set traps arounf the premiter of my camp site? Do the raccoons and bears out number the human beings? Okay, by how much? Does everyone there own a banjo and can pick it? A Bluegrass barn will just make my day. Charlie BTW: BG is just fine. I'm just kidding. To You know who: I'll see you in the woodshed. I'm already on my way. Note: This time please don't squeeze my head so hard between your knees. After last time my ears had more wrinkles and crencles than one of those Chinese dogs. It took several days of my wife massaging them before they finally smothed out. And the worst part was she talked the whole time. Have mercy.

I was in NC last week. Went to the Nascar Hall of Fame on the 9th of August. I have traveled 5800 miles so far. Could have stopped and seen Charlie, but don't know where he lives in NC.
