I need to replace the Oil Distributor Coupling Sleeve (looks like a copper pipe) that runs from the oil distributor block through the engine block to the oil line assembly. It is a small copper pipe with one end that is swedged at the distributor block. Dimensions of the tube/pipe are approx. 0.438" OD, 0.33" ID, 0.05" Wall Thickness and 1.45" Length.
I haven't been successful finding copper pipe with these dimensions (I do realize that I will have to buy a longer length)
Any Suggestions?
Thanks, Brandon

I have two junk engine blocks with that part still in place. Wonder how to remove the sleeve with damage? Will see if I can make a puller?

Depends on how you look on it. Is the cup half full? or half empty?. Might have been better understood if I wrote "without" damage. Never-the-less I need suggestions on how to remove the sleeve with or without damage. I am sure "volklskier" would like to get one without damage. Can you help?

I will not tell my secret in removing the sleeve but it took 48 years, 9 months and 23 days. That is approximately the amount of time I have been working on '31 and '32 Chevys. Well honestly it took a few minutes once I mused on the situation and selected my removal tool.
Now I need to find out where to send this gem.

Guess volklskier found another source for the sleeve or gave up. It is a shame that I went to the trouble of finding, removing, cleaning the sleeve and then get to look at it on my desk. Even sent a PM that has not been viewed.
