What type of hardware holds the splash apron on between the front fenders forward of the radiator on a 1929 Sedan is it all the same type of hardware the chrome strip is held down with or is there some hidden under the chrome.

The types of fasteners used are listed in your 1929-32 Chevrolet parts book. Look in the index in the back of the book under "Sheet Metal Group - Radiator Splash Guard".

Once you learn how to use the parts book you will discover all kinds of great information in there.

I believe you will need the August 1932 edition as my February edition does not have an index in the rear.

The February, 1932 edition of the parts book does have an Index in the back of the book and both of mine do.

Mine is a reprint by Crank'en Hope with 275 pages and only an index in the front. Pages 268-275 is a standard parts listing.

There is the problem...like some of the other Crank'en Hope reprints, your manual is not complete. The February, 1932 edition of the parts book is 314 pages, and the Index in the back of the book is on pages 313 and 314. The Index of part numbers and page locations runs from page 277 thru 312.

You are welcome my friend!

Anytime you have a question about parts or applications, check out your 1929-32 parts book first since you will probably find the answer in the parts book.

Good luck with your project!
