I still have a Oil leak from my 34 engine front cover bottom pulley. I have checked and rechecked the following.1/THE DRAIN RETURN HOLE IS CLEAR 2/ That the main bearings do not have excessive clearance. 3/ That the slinger is fitted the correct way. 4/ That the bottom pulley is fitting properly and is going on the whole way.
The oil seems to be building up to much in the front cover for the drain hole to cope with. Has anyone else had a problem like I am experiencing?
Could I have a problem in the Oil distributor unit. I have 15+ PSI oil pressure on my oil gauge, no other oil leeks from the rest of the engine and plenty of oil is reaching the valves rocker area at the top of the engine.

I had a gear type oil pump in my '34 and higher than original oil pressure and never had a leak. I know you went through all the previous suggestions.
I wonder if the front main bearing insert is messed up in some way and allowing too much oil to pass through the reliefs where the upper insert contacts the lower insert.
