I am restoring a 1946 chevy 3/4 ton pickup. I am putting the back brakes together. Does the felt seal go on the inside or outside on the emergency brake cable.

Hi Rex,

Welcome to our chat site. On my 41 Master Deluxe 2 Door Town Sedan I have it installed on the inside. If it were on the outside it would attracted moisture.

Good luck, Mike
