All,

My 1935 came to me mostly restored but the front floor mat is in very bad condition. I called the filling station and they don't sell the floor mat or carpet for a 35 Standard and la baron doesn't either. Any 35fivers out there have any suggestions.

Steve

Lowe's Flooring Department has rubber restaurant floor mat that has the 1930's look. This might be a temporary inexpensive solution to your problem. Use the old mat as a template. As far as I know presently there is no one reproducing these floor mats.

I ordered a truck bedliner mat from amazon that is trimable so I will take pics and post to show. I just can't believe there is no one out there that sells one. 1935 seems to be a unqine year to find parts for

Thanks for the advice

I have been told that there is just not enough of the old cars out there anymore to support doing the mat.

Early Chevrolet parts has a 32 mat that has chevy emblem on for early models. Measure your floor board and call him for comparison. I believe if you order it uncut it will fit.
