OP Ibwild Shade Tree Mechanic Joined: Oct 2011 Posts: 53 California	After installing the window regulator spring should the spring tighten in the up direction or vice versa. Currently mine work to pull the window down when window is all the way closed. Thanks

d2d2 ChatMaster - 750 Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 980 Albuquerque, New Mexico	Your spring seems to be reversed, it should offset the weight of the glass making it easier to roll it up. If you have old Chevrolets, other old Chevrolets will find out where you live.
