I think whomever is asking the $950 for the 35 chev std series rad cap ornament, forgot to take their medications.

They are going to be looking at that for as long as they live.

Stupid is one thing, , crazy is a whole new ballgame.

I HAVE been watching the 34 or a 35 birds on ebay for a while. One ( 35 ) in this condition is usually listed at $125 to 150 with a primo one at $300.

The 34 birds show up much more regularly on ebay, usually with beak broken off at $75 or less. They generally do not sell .

The 1934 pass. car bird was reproduced a few years ago and they show up also on ebay, sell for up to $300.

Also the 1934--1936 chev truck SEAHORSE was reproduced by same people. Sell brand new for $175 generally .

I have 3 35 chev standard series.......coupe, roadster, phaeton, all run the 34 bird , because the 35 bird is ugly and appears like a squashed up seagull..........in my opinion .
