Are their any fender skirts out there for my 1935?
Dont really need them but since I am redoing the car I thought they would dress up the car.

The 1935 and 1936 skirts are the same.
If you find a pair expect to pay big dollars for them....like a couple of thousand.

a few years ago this guy had a real clean 35 master,,,during the show, this unknown guy offered $4500 cash to take them off the car and sell them just like that! skirts were sold and the 35 owner has been trying to find another set ever since true story IM HANGING ON TO MINE

Ah , EYE WITNESS REPORT of the $$$$$ event was it ? mike i know the guy that sold them, has a super original `35. he peeled them off at at a swapmeet. shocked me when he did it, but he thought 35 skirts were still in the 2500 range. years ago found a set before super dry, i paid 200.00 for the pair, but that was 15 years ago. seller had no idea what they fit, said he had them in his back yard for years. calif part, so zero rain these were nice and dry.

Hard to believe a set of fender skirts are worth around one quarter of what an entire car goes for(app).

I do not think you can price blanket 35-36 fender skirts as worth $4500 a pair unless NOS. I think lots of these have been sold at swap meets, ebay, hemmings motor news and other publications for considerably less. Asking a price and actually getting it are two diff subjects. I think the buyer who OFFERED & paid $4500 for the skirts, was a person of money and he wanted them and was prepared to pay up high to get them. You look at the buyers of cars at auctions and paying serious money for what they want......lets call them THE GOTZ. A they DRIVE bmw 7 SERIES CARS, Ferraris, lambo's, LIVE IN MANSIONS in prestigious areas, got the luxury summer home with good sized boat, and the getaway home in the winter. They make healthy 7 figure incomes !!! $4500 to these guys is CHUMP CHANGE. MIKE LYNCH

Not much I can tell you about the skirts.
I got them with a large collection of other skirts.
I have been buying skirts for some of my other cars and paying $500.00 for singles trying to make pairs.
I am asking $1,600.00 for this pair of 35 Chev skirts.
There was a pair on EBay for $4,500.00 recently.
And I saw another pair go for 3K.
So I think they are fairly priced if someone needs or wants them to add the final touch to their car.

Were skits available for the '34 standard cars? If you want all the fancy stuff like fender skirts you will have to trade your standard in and get a 34 master first year of offering them. That will get you a possible rumble seat on the 3 window coupe, with roll down rear window, definitive plus. The dash will have center gauges moved to in front of driver plus you get a deep glove box on the right , with or without the factory cigar/cigarette lighter. This dash fits perfectly into a 34 standard. Only dif is master is straight across bottom and standard has a slight curve. The firewall to dash support is longer on a master. Each of my cars....35 std....coupe, roadster, phaeton has been converted. mike............
