They are a seperate metal part that screws to the body and the stainless clips over them. They are about 36 t0 40 inches long. Thanks Dan

Len 31&50 Grease Monkey Joined: Jul 2002 Posts: 4 Parkville Md	You can get beltmolding clips from National Chevy Assoc. Their web sight is www.nationalchevyassoc.com. I just installed the kit on my 50. The clips are plastic but work. Only thing is you will need larger screws then are in the kit.
