Thhe complete vent assembly is 1939 only.
The chrome around the glass, the glass and the rubber weatherstripp fits 1937-1939.

I bought a pair of used 1938 vent windows at a swap meet. The chrome frames didn't have the slide locks. I was told that 1939 was the first year for the locks. Is this correct?
