Just got my four new tires. There are tubes in the tires now. Can I mount the new ones tubeless on the stock 52 rims?

I have tubeless radial tires on my 51 stock rims and they work fine.

Both of my 1950s have used tubeless tires without any modifications.

..54 stock rims hold air with no tubes required..should work the same way with yours.

I drove my '52 (when I was 16) on the stock rims for a few years with tubeless radials scavenged from the 'yard. While I don't suggest using a junkyard as a source for tires... Just my personal experience.
That is unless your rims have a major issue like holes or crazy rust issues....
