Finally ready to put the front clip back on my 41 after painting and installing all the glass. Looking for advice on what order fenders, hood, and hood spring should go back on the car that makes assembly go the smoothest. I mostly know how things attach back on the car, with maybe the exception of the hood springs themselves (which holes on the hinge brackets?).

I would normally think fenders first, then hood, hood springs, grill, etc. I also have heard to line up the hood to the cowl first then adjust fenders. Any advice on sequence or other special tips that will help this go as easy as possible?

Thanks much.

Basically just put everything together while on the garage follr or on a bench/table where you can work around it easily (but the hood) and then lift the unit as a whole and set it on the car. Then mount the hood. (Careful here. Don't lock the hood in place. Much easier this way.

You're welcome,
