I installed my cluster today to find that the temp gauge is stuck on hot. Any repair tips? Or does anyone have a replacement available?
Thanks

Take the bulb (sending unit) out and immerse it in a very cold environment (container of ice and water) and then into very hot water. This treatment makes the assumption the tube or bulb is not comprised.

Did you immediately follow that with the hot water?

It's dead. I've made arrangements to have the bulb repaired and gauge tested. Thanks

The 1937 1938 and 1938 all look diffeerent but will fit in the same opening. Also the Master and Master Deluxe look different.

Mine has the delete with Chevrolet on it. From what I have studied the Master did not have a temp gauge from the factory. But it was offered as a accessory from Chevrolet.

Corect, but most had the dealer installed unit. If th head has never have a temp. gauge fitted you will need the bushing that threads into the head.
