I recently observed a radio reportedly from a 1933 Chevrolet. I see that a radio was available as an accessory in 1933 so I suppose that could be accurate. It appears to be in very good condition, "bowtie" on the front, with a "keylock" in the middle. Looks like an ignition lock. I never saw one before with a lock system.
Does this sound accurate? How would I identify year?
Thanks,

There were different radios as these were dealer items sold after market. Please post further down on the web site in the Radio part. You might not get an answer here. Check out Chevy Accessories for 1936, too. Good luck in finding out. Click on the red flashing flag for a message I am sending to you.

That really is a cool site. One correction, the Head listed for a 34 Master is really a 34 Standard.
