The no on block is R1553771. The bottom water hose is on left of car. The fan-belt only goes on the crank and water-pump pulley. The advance and retard an hand-throttle is under steering wheel. Where can I find the history of this car

The 'R' is for right hand drive. Is the oil pump in front (1923 or older)of or at the rear ('24 or 25)of the generator.

To help us answer your question, please post here all the information found on the block and head. Also all the information on the aluminum tag on the right side of the seat riser or on the floor on the passenger side. The color of the vehicle. Does the doors have outside handles. Any other obvious information. OH! you have either a 1925, or 26.

There should be one or two numbers before the K on the ID plate. Each of the seven assembly plants had a number. Mine has a 2 which is for Tarrytown New York.
