Does anyone have a short overview of the differences between these two models? Example did one use a "passenger" frame and the other use a "truck" frame?

Also, is there any Production numbers available anywhere?

The 1932 Sedan Delivery was a "BA" series passenger car, whereas the Panel Delivery was a commercial vehicle. The Sedan Delivery used a passenger car chassis with the exception of the transmission which was a light delivery tranny without freewheeling.

A sedan delivery has one back door where a panel truck has two. 1932 was a weird year for sedan deliveries as they built an early & late. Both very different from each other. Early 1932s were built using left over 1931 bodies & late 32s had the 1933 design. The sight below show some figures but I don't know how accurate they are. One chart says 4539 sedan deliveries & the other shows 3628 sedan deliveries. The chart also shows 382 Spec panels & 3313 deluxe panels.
I have 10 1932 sedan deliveries in my files, 2 early & 8 late.
Numbers so far indicate there was at least 1852 early (31570) & 756 late (32570)....Joe

The 1932 passenger and 1/2 ton chassis are mostly the same. Differences are due to the gas tank under the rear cross member on the passenger versus the tank under the front seat in most 1/2 ton trucks. The spare tire was carried under the rear cross member on most 1/2 ton trucks hence a different shape from the passenger. In the case of the Sedan Delivery the spare tire was carried in a welled front fender.
