I have in the past changed out the distributor on a 24 that used a different cap then the stock one. While the one I used was Chevrolet the cap was a different diameter. Have you checked the on line suppliers to match your distributor maker and number?

The rotor is part number 24573 and will fit series K & V. (1925/26) Steve '25 Superior "K", '79 Corvette , '72 Corvette LT-1 & 1965 Corvette Coupe
