Job # 32551

It has 26-k miles on it and was last inspected in 1967,when my Great Grandfather gave it to my Great uncle, any insight to model, or value ? ( probably will be sold to settle late cousins estate) thanks Hobert

Hi there and welcome to Chevy Chatter!

The Chevrolet in question is a 1932 Coach. It was built in Buffalo, New York and it was the 1,065th coach built in that factory in 1932. The interior is Gray Mohair with a pattern and the car is painted Black with Ocean Green and Gold Bronze strips. The wire wheels were Black or Ocean Green.

As far as value goes, we will need a lot more information such as the condition of the wood, the condition of the engine, how is the interior and the paint? Does the car run and etc. We will also need several photos of the car before value can be determined.

We have two 1931 Chevs for sale in our area right now.

One is $10,500.
The other is $12,000.

They are both very nice cars and have been for sale all summer.

FYI.

Thank you so much, would it fall under confederate or confederate deluxe ? It looks as I always remembered it in parades and at his filling station , wood looks good , drivers seat has a lil rip in , I think from his wallet or ring of keys , others are great , all original with 26 k miles, will try to get some pics when I can get back in there , it's up on blocks stored , so glad to hear about it , tks Hobert

All 1932 models were part of the Confederate series.

As mentioned above, all 1932 models are part of the Confederate series; there is no such thing as a "Confederate Deluxe" series. However, some of the models for 1932 were available in the standard version and the deluxe version, like the Standard Coach and the Deluxe Coach for example.
