hi there, I'm trying to find an electro-lock for my 35 chev standard, mine shorted out, melted the inner cable and is a write off, did through search of ebay and did not find one? any leads gratefully received.. Peter

Peter,
If you're inclined to repair the old one I have the lock cylinder. Replacing the wire should be no problem. I put a new wire in mine when I restored my '36 PU in the early 1970s and that wire is still doing fine.
Please let me know if you can use the ignition lock cylinder. At age 72 it's time to get rid of it and a lot of other stuff left over from the '36 PU restoration. One guy just got some NOS rocker arm adjusting screws and nuts. There is a lot of other very cool stuff that has been in dry, inside storage for the last 40 years.

This device absolutely prevents the ignition system from being tampered with.

thats amazing Ray but the down side is that poatage to Australia is $82 usd = AUD $109--, why so much for such a small item ? Peter
