On a recent HCCA tour a fellow came up to me and said he would like to find a new home for his 28 speedster. Something happened in the engine and he does not have the strength or resources to replace the engine. I went to his house to help him. The engine spun over two or three complete revolutions and came up tight with a clunk. I tried to get the valve cover off but it was glued down at a shop he took it to some time back. It is a very nicely put together speedster with a 28 engine, a 38 synchronized transmission, a larger intake manifold with a holly downdraft, 1930 19" disc wheels, hydraulic brakes, shock absorbers, a spin off oil filter, etc. The e-brake activates the rear original service brakes. I took some pictures but do not have an outside photo account to be able to post pictures. Asking price is $3500. If interested send a PM. I know the fellow who put it together from the HCCA. Car is located near Sandy OR, USA.
