Hi can any one help me

Where can I get a full right hand drive exhaust system from for a 1928 Chevy tourer

So, I'm not familiar with the RH drive '28 so will ask:
- was the engine manufactured as opposite a LH drive, meaning the exhaust is on the left; the distributor and oil filter on the right, and so forth? IOW everything is reversed.....
- for my LH drive '28 4 door sedan I purchased the EX-28 exhaust system set from Filling Station for $US249 plus shipping. If they cannot accommodate a special order then try Parks Pipes LLC of West Manchester Ohio 937-678-7565, who actually manufactured my exhaust system.

The RHD drive engine is basically the same as the LHD, but has a 2 piece exhaust manifold to clear the RHD steering box.

If you have the manifold and elbow the rest can be bent up by your local exhaust and muffler shop. You should be able to take the old one to be copied. I didn't have the old one so I bent a template out of stiff wire and had the shop use that has a pattern.

If you can afford it have the exhaust made from non polished stainless and you will never have to worry about it again.

In the 43 years my 28 has been on the road, 3 exhaust systems. first two of mild steel lasted max ten years each, last one of stainless going fine at 23 years.

Also unless you are committed to being 100% original, suggest full length exhaust, safer, quieter, and you can have a civilized conversation at 50 miles per hour.
