Hi
My 1930 Chevy sedan has a capillary tube type of sending unit (not an electric one) located at the rear side of the head. After rebuilding the engine, I was trying to install the capillary tube type sending unit and it broke unexpectedly. I think these type of sending units are not made anymore and the broken one cannot be repaired. Can someone help me with a good advice. Expert advice is appreciated. What are my options? Please help me.

You have two options. The Filling Station sells a reproduction temperature gauge. Check their online catalog at http:fillingstation.com

Or you can have the gauge you have repaired. The Temperature Gauge Guy can do it.
