I haven't been on for a while. To refresh I bought a '51 coupe about a month and a half ago. I have had title problems and replaced the rear main seal (not a job I would wish on anyone). I also took care of a few other things while I was waiting on the title.

Well today was a good day. I got the exhaust system repaired. Well almost. I am going to have to replace the exhaust pipe seal. Got 5 new tire and a Virginia inspection.

I spent the rest of the day running errands and enjoying the car. Put about 40 miles on it.

There is still lots to do but those things can be done as I drive and enjoy the car. There is a cruise in at a local Advance Auto this Sat. evening. I hope to be there and show off the car.

Great! I am trying to get my '50 running for the symco shakedown this August in Wisconsin. if I can get the harness, tank and exhaust put in and some rubber on, it will at least make it there. not completely restored, but running, which is the whole goal right now.
