Dig out your Filling Station catalog. They have aftermarket cut-out relays for your generator for sale in their catalog. You can order online as well: www.fillingstation.com

The Filling Station has new universal cut-out relays listed in their catalog for $55. They also offer a rebuilding service for $45.

Yes, 828391 is the correct part number for the Delco-Remy cut-out. If you find one of those brand new you will probably pay way over $100.
