Help! Closed the drivers door today and it is stuck shut! Will not open from the inside or outside handles? Any ideas?

I have a trick door that requires you to pull the handle, then while holding the latch open, grab the arm rest and pull it in towards you then push it open... Not sure why it's like that, but has always been...

Those accustomed to the finest...find it in Chevrolet.

Tried that. Still no luck. It seems stuck really good.

Have you tried jacking up the car to tweak the body a bit on that side?

I also have a stuck door problem but on the back end of the car. Both rears on the styleline deluxe will not open. you can hear the latch click with the button depressed, but the door will not even wiggle. thinking the latch pin is stuck up in the striker channel and not releasing. if it were the hinges being rusted, I would think I would see a little door jamb movement. Any help at getting at the mechanism without destroying the door panels and such? fronts open and close sweet.

Got the door open. It was bound up from the door panel. Got it open with some help pulling hard. Removed the door panel and it opens and closes fine. Thanks for all your ideas.
