Does anyone know how much oil is distributed along the rocker arm shaft from this small oil line? Does it just go to the center rockers and then gravity flowed to the rest of the rocker arms or is it force with pressure through the whole rocker arms assembly shaft?

Its is forced at low pressure thru the shafts. Some oil should be seen seeping from the hole on top of rocker arm when engine is running and some oil flowing from the center overflow line. Its amazing the volumn of oil that passes thru the little 3/16" line.

The center of the hollow rocker shafts must be clean for proper oiling.

It don't take much oil to lube rocker arms and tappets, after all they don't rotate 360 degrees at a high RPM!
My four cylinder is lubed with a squirt can, and it has basically the same rocker arm, valve and pushrod setup as a 54 six.
