The passenge door on my 32 sedan is really tight. I THINK I need to do something on the body shims but can't decide and nothing in the manual really describes this. The passenger door is fine. The one hinge is really tight. Driver door is fine. Any suggestions?

Thank you.

?????

Above you mention that the passenger door on your '32 sedan is really tight. Then you state that the passenger door is fine. Can you be more specific as to what door actually has the problem?

Pins and bushings are available for repair if lubricating is not successful.

Yes, I wasn't quite clear. Front passenger door is tight. Rear passenger door OK. Both driver side doors fine. How do I assure myself there isn;t some emerging wood structure issue?

Any recommendations on lubricants?

For structure issues measure the door opening on the hinge side top and bottom. They should both be the same. If the hinge itself is "tight" or binding then lubricate first with a penetrating oil such as PB Blaster, then once the hinge is free use a couple drops of a light oil.
