I was thinking. (Do not ask me how that went_

Anyway I was reliving the bells that sounded as the gallon mark was reached. And then on until the last full gallon was sounded.

When did they stop having those bells in gas pumps? Was it about the time they came up with the kick-back thin gee that would stop the pump?

Another thing, did the glass cylinder on the gravity flow pumps have a bell?

Best I recall you could have a lot of bell ringing when you filled up from a low tank.

Don't worry that's, about all the thinking for the week. Agrin

It's the bells of the cash register taking your money.
