Note that the 9000 mile original 1941 club coupe is for sale in the G&D. I think Charlie should make an offer

I wonder if it still has the "new car smell".

Very funny, guys. This car should never have a Fulton put on it. It would be like putting a baseball cap on duck. If, and that is a big If, I get to heaven and see a Fulton, I'm gonna ask for a transfer. That is as nice an original 41 as can be found, I expect. Should fetch the asking price. Charlie

I always remember the smell inside of a new 1941. We had three neighbors with new 1941's and I will nwver forget the smell and impressive beauty of a 1941. I used to Simonize them every summer an was old enough (after the war) to drve them. A local member has/had ( he passed away) a 1941 with an original mint interior and smell.

A 1941 Special Deluxe made any previous Chevrolet look dated and cheap, inside and out. The Fleetline was another step above and the Master Deluxe a step below. When new every one said they were like a small Buick, and Buick was regarded as a pretty classy car at that time.
