Definitely not a 1913...

The first Chevy truck was 1918.

Hi, and welcome aboard.

I hate to burst your bubble, but you have the remains of a 1926 5-passenger coach.

f23333 This is the Fisher body number and corresponds to the above comment.

can any of you give me an idea as to what year the frame might be or even the make.it basically a half of a leaf spring set up coming from the frame to each corner of the axle.the frame stops right over the rear axle and over the front axle

The 1916 to 1924 years used the quarter elliptical springs on the front and rear as you describe. These models were the Four-ninety and Superior models. 1925 on used semi elliptical springs front and rear.

There will be some casting numbers on the top of the cylinder head, as well as on the side of the engine block casting. these numbers will also have a date casting such as 3-20-23 (for March 20th 1923) so have a look and see if you can find any casting numbers, and if unsure post them here , and some one will give you some more answers.

Looking at the third last picture , seems to be 22 2 17 , so looks to be a 1917 engine,
The non adjustable rocker arms are also pre 1921.
SWome chassis pictures will also help idetify further.

Most of those casting marks are maufacturers identication . Mason was an earlcasting company , as well as the FMP Co casting marks,

The gearbox looks to 1923 and later with the shifter mechanism that is fitted.
