ok guys...lookin for help here.. finished restoring my truck last year at the end of my budget... I need to modernize driveline...ssinging rear end...did I say singing...? I meant YODELING... What more modern tranny/driveline/rearend combo should I look for that will bolt up to the bell of my 261(not 216), as a mostly stock, more modern, better option... I dont wanna customize, just modernize... I have the original 3 on the tree, closed driveline, and farm geared rear end...suggestions for my salvage yard searches?
