You should check with Smiths Classic Car Clocks.....he may have what you need or repair what you have.
I was on his site last night checking out his '37 / '38 glove box/clock combo. It appears he has a large stock of used, ready to recondition, clocks and faces.

Hi Jim, You Could try Bob Spillers , known as Road fossil here on Chat, he was doing decals for the 1931-32 Mirror clock, and pretty sure he was doing the Sterling Electric clocks as well. https://vccachat.org/ubbthreads.php/topics/209083/Clock__Repair#Post209083
