Just got a set of 7.10x15 ww tires that have been around for a while with apparently not much use and well kept for as witnessed by the lack of weather checking, sidewall cracks or scuffing. Gave the ww a good dose of Wesleys Bleach white cleaner which cleaned them up considerably, but there is still a tinge of yellowing. This is not a show quality project just looking for some suggestions without getting to abusive on the whitewalls. Thanks for any suggestions. Would also like to date these tires if possible. Here is all the info I could garner off the tire: Made in Venezuelia, Goodyear Supercushion Delux, tag impression reads NTN DL1 047

Seeing the tires were not made in the US it is not a DOT number. The Good Year Super Cushion has not been made in this country for many years.
Do a BING or goggle search on tire date codes prior to 2000
