I am building the new wood kit for my 30 Chevy 3 window coupe. Noticed that I am missing the bracket that holds the Body Lock Pillar "rear door upright" to the sill. The bottom of the sill bows out slightly and an L bracket looks like it wont fit. Is it a L bracket? OR is it a special L bracket that has a curve that matches the pillar?

Looked in my body book and it looks like it might be a triangle bracket that looks like the one for the front, but it said it was for a 31 or 32 Coupe and not a 30. I have one for the drivers side but the screw hole on top doesn't match the new wood. As for the old wood. 95% is so bad it's unrecognizable.

I have a few brackets that sound close to what you are looking for, is there anyway you can send me a photo of the one you have? My email is in my profile

The bracket looks like a cross with the long leg bent up and attached to the piller. Same one used in sedan and coach.
