My 1937 master delux didn't have the splash pans, when I bought it. I have found a set, but they have surface rust, and no paint. does any one know if they should be the same color as the engine, or should it be the frame color (black)? Any info will be helpful Thanks Bill

If cars were like trucks, they were black with a satin (some say semi-gloss) sheen.
