haven't heard of jarvis1 being an electrolock repairman and he may well be excellent. but multiple previous discussions on electolock repairs on this chat site mention but two vcca members know to repair these critters. i've used both with excellent results in the past. "chipper" from texas and the " junk yard dog" from oregon. both are frequent posters on this site. mike

I only know one person that is experienced on the entire electrolock. There are a pitiful few locksmiths that understand the lock part, Jarvis being one. He also works on the other locks: doors, trunk handle, rumble lid locks. Other locksmiths can destroy your lock. I have had it happen. Skipper and I have been repairing/restoring electrolocks for a ton of years.

Jarvis did a great job on trunk and door locks
for me, quickly and at reasonable cost. Highly endorsed by me…as is Chipper who did a magnificent job on my carburetor and advised me that my electrolock is toast!
