Joe, I tried to find pictures of mine as I received it but it looks like the only ones I have are from the refinishing. If I remember, it was a dark, mousy, grayish brown. How about that for vague?

Joe on my Sedan with all original interior the mirror is a dull silver. Now I don't know if it was glossy when new but there is no indication of that.

The back of the mirror and mounting hardware on my '34 Master was dark brown. Not real high gloss. It was cutomary to have the mirrror blend in the the interior colors.
In the mid 30's the back of the mirror was woodgraind to match the granish moulding grain.
