Good Morning, hoping someone who comes to the watering trough here can help. I am looking for a Zenith T4XF instruction and/or parts diagram. I have the Zenith T4X but cannot find any documentation in any of my manuals including Dykes Automotive Repair Manual. I was able to secure a new Venturi and repair the crack in my T4XF and hope to have the carb installed and running shortly.
Thanks, Tom

Hi, The T4X is a common carbie from the late teens to the late 20's, the problem being that they had diffent venturii, compensating jets and main jets. I have searched the world for someone to provide or make 2 venturi's for my Henderson Motorcle engine that has been converted to aircraft use. Can you tell me where you were able to source a Venturri?

Thanks

The is a fella that makes venturis and other parts for the Zenith carburetors. He is not as excited in making more but still does. When I get home I will double check on the venturis I have to see if they exactly match the one in a Zenith T4X.

RE; Dykes Automotive Repair Manual. There is a supplement that covers carburetors. I will take a look at it when I get to the shop today and see if it has that carb. I remember seeing a break down of different size's of venturis for different size engines, don't remember if it was for Stromberg or Zenith.

I looked at the supplement, didn't see anything specific to your model. There was some general info on jets and a little on venture. A little info on what was needed for what bore and stroke.
