There are a lot of comments in the forums about Egge. Most are not positive. I suggest searching on 'Egge' and consider these comments in your decision. I personally have not had any contact with Egge. One VCCA member (Ron Beam in San Jose, CA) told me that he heard good things about Pauls Rod and Bearing ( http://www.paulsrodandbearing.net/ ). Not exactly on the west coast, but not on the east coast either.  Cheers, Dean

Main bearings are provided in a semi-finish size only for align boring,
although finished sizes are made where required.
Connecting rods are finished and ready for installation.
