My convertible has no VIN plate. Does the frame have a VIN on it anywhere?
Any help would be appreciated!

The 1955 was the first to have the serial number stamped on the frame.
The serial number plate would have been on the right body door hinge pillar.

My 47 convert. has the 2 screws still there that held the plate on the pass. side pillar just above the lower door hinge.
Can anyone provide a pic of a 47 VIN from this pillar?

Any help is appreciated!
