Watched The Filling Station video. Good info, however attempting to remove the two lower bolts isn't as described. In attempting to remove the nuts, the bolt spins as well. The bolt(s) itself is not visible and access to that area is very limited. I'm stumped. Jerry

Sometimes when I encounter a spinning bolt, I can wedge a very thin flat blade screwdriver between the bolt head and the surface it is on, thus holding the bolt from spinning. If the nut comes partially off and the bolt starts spinning again, stick the screw driver under the head of the bolt and turn the screwdriver so that it acts like a lock washer.

If the bolts are beyond redemption, a dremel tool works,cut the nut edges and break them off with a visegrip
